When my father in law passed away Joseph was very patient and took care of every detail going above and beyond our expectations to provide a beautiful service. When my own father passed away while planning for my father in laws service I was at a loss and Joseph stepped in to help take that stress off my shoulders as well. My Father has been a missing person since 1997, his remains were found in 2012, we were contacted this March 2022 that they matched him to us. The entire situation has been one of the hardest things we've ever been through. I've never had to plan anything like this before, I'm a pregnant mother of two toddlers. I just want to say, from the moment I spoke with Joseph I had a sense of relief l and knew this was who I wanted to help us through this. He is one of the most compassionate and caring individuals I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know, and at this point I feel like he is family as well. He made this difficult and emotional situation easier for us somehow. I will be forever grateful. My family and I were so pleased with the outstanding service that they had provided for my brother. After speaking with Alina for the first time she just gave us peace of mind that my brother was in the best care at all times. Our beloved son unexpectedly passed away on Thanksgiving Day 2021. After calling a few mortuaries I contacted Partridge Creek and spoke to Popeh. She instantly put my mind at ease with her caring and genuine demeanor. She, along with Mike, Joseph, and the rest of the staff have been so kind and sincere in the care, attention, and dignity that was shown to my son and to my family. A few of my requests were a bit unusual and they went above and beyond to make sure that they were met. I hope to never need them again, but they would be the first and only phone call I will make.

Let me begin by saying “THANK YOU” to everyone at Partridge Creek Mortuary. You have made a very difficult time much easier to bear. I have only positive things to say about the owner, Mike, and his entire staff. I didn’t know exactly what I would be facing when my husband passed away. I found Partridge Creek Mortuary on-line. They made themselves available to me on a holiday weekend when other mortuaries were closed. They walked me through every step of the arrangements and paperwork. Each and every staff member that I came in contact with treated me and my family with love and respect. They treated us like family. They listened and were able to help me with all of my husband’s parting wishes. They went above and beyond to assist me with some administrative glitches that occurred. In short, they did everything that they could to relieve the stress of suddenly and unexpectedly losing my beloved husband. As a result, the graveside service and burial were beautiful and went off without a hitch. I found their pricing very reasonable, and they give the personal attention you deserve at a such difficult time. I will always be grateful. My beloved wife passed away just months short of our 25th, Silver Anniversary. I was devastated to say the least and I was a complete wreck. I received an outstanding referral to Partridge Creek Mortuary. I called to ask about the services that they offered and I spoke with their coordinator. From the very beginning, this gentleman offered his sincere condolences and I could immediately tell that it was genuine. When I arrived at Partridge Creek Mortuary to arrange the cremation services, I met the coordinator. I could tell he was a man of good character and integrity just by the way he presented himself and communicated. He made me feel at ease and comfortable during this difficult time. I felt as though he really cared about my well-being. He never pushed nor did he ever try to bulk up on services that I did not need. He was HONEST! He introduced the entire staff and each one of them were genuine in offering their individual condolences. They provided a "Family" environment and I needed just that because I had no family in the state that I could reach out to. I met the owner as well and he was just as caring and genuine as the other staff members. Partridge Creek Mortuary is a family style business. My deceased Mother needed to be transported from San Diego CA to Tampa FL. Joseph from Partridge Creek Mortuary handled my Mother with dignity and respect from the time he picked her up to the time she was transported to the San Diego Airport. I am so glad I was recommended this veteran owned company to help me lay to rest my veteran husband of 15 years. From the moment I called them, they never pressured me into purchasing any specific service- only gave me facts of what they offered. They are genuine and made me feel really taken care of during a time when I felt like I was completely lost. My husband was only 33 years old but was so very special. Losing my brother was my first experience with death and the emotions and pain I felt prior to saying goodbye to him were extreme. Joseph truly went above and beyond for our family before we even met him in person. I will forever be grateful to Partridge Creek for making such a painful experience, in my own words: beautiful. The entire staff that I got a pleasure to meet was professional however laid back enough to make you feel like family. The makeup artist did a phenomenal job to make my brother appear truly sleeping. She was incredible and a beautiful soul. We traveled from SLC, UT and would do it again in a heartbeat if we had to. Joseph and Popeh took care of me when I really needed someone right away. I met Joe at the Hospice house and he treated me like family right away. Popeh was so kind and warming on the phone. The Partridge Creek Mortuary family made the funeral planning a whole lot less stressful. Death is an expensive event but I did not have to worry about it whatsoever. This whole ordeal was an experience that was made easier by the good folks at Partridge Creek.
